Joining Campus Live

In May 2021, I joined Campus Live Media as a Journalism Intern to meet my major’s internship requirements. During my time as an intern over the summer, I wrote multiple sports articles and did on-location and in-studio reporting.

Campus Live Fringeworthy and Reload

During the summer, I helped start Campus Live Fringeworthy with other interns to relaunch my esports reporting show, now titled Campus Live Reload.

Since then, we’ve released three episodes, and we got press passes to the first in-person esports event since the pandemic started in July of 2021.

On-Camera Talent and Host of Campus Live Gameday Powered By Bud Light

After the summer internship program ended, I was brought back to Campus Live as an on-camera talent to host the Campus Live Gameday show before each Texas Tech Football home game. We stream live from the Student Tailgate Area, and do a 30-45 minute fast-paced sports show.

The format is close to ESPN’s College Gameday, complete with a guest picker and audience engagement.
